Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please note that all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded. This includes all purchases of shoes, accessories, and any other products on our site. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or other customer-related issues.
Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong item, or your shoes are defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will offer you an exchange for the same or a similar product. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
Sizing Issues
We highly recommend checking the size chart and reviewing customer reviews before placing an order. If the shoes do not fit as expected, we can offer an exchange for a different size (subject to availability), but no refunds will be provided for size-related issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at nandokicks23@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering an exchange or providing a store credit.
